Providence transfer 7-2 Paschal Chukwu plans to visit Syracuse

Syracuse is interested in Paschal Chukwu, a 7-foot-2 center who is transferring after just one year at Providence. And the interest is apparently mutual. 

Chukwu plans to visit Syracuse, but a date for the visit has yet to be determined. Chukwu, originally from Nigeria, averaged 2.6 points and 2.4 rebounds with 23 blocks as a freshman for the Friars last season.

The lanky rim protector also has Kansas and several other national powerhouses on his radar.
