Pirates sign Auda, Okoloji to LOIs

Forwards Patrik Auda of the Czech Republic and Anali Okoloji of New York City have signed national letters of intent to attend Seton Hall.

Pirates basketball coach Kevin Willard announced the signings Friday.

Auda played most recently at the Canarias Basketball Academy in the Canary Islands, Spain. The 6-foot-9, 225-pound left-hander named to the National Prep School Invitational All-Tournament Team after averaging more than 17 points and nine rebounds.

The 6-8, 220-pound Okoloji averaged 25 points, 11 rebounds and six assists last season for the Impact Basketball Academy in Florida. He previously played at Benjamin Banneker High School in Brooklyn.

Swingman Fuquan Edwin is also joining the Pirates. He was recruited by former coach Bobby Gonzalez, who was fired in March.
