Montana beats Weber St. 68-57, tights Big Sky race
MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) Kareem Jamar scored 25 points as Montana handed Big Sky Conference leader Weber State its second-straight loss 68-57 on Thursday.
The Grizzlies (13-11, 8-7) shot 57.4 percent to snap a two-game skid to move from a five-way tie for fifth place into a four-way tie for third with five games remaining. Weber State (14-9, 11-4) is now one game ahead of Northern Colorado. Only seven teams make the league tournament.

Montana, which led 33-32 at the half, took the lead for good when Jamar made back-to-back 3s for a 48-44 lead with 10:41 left. Jordan Richardson cut the lead to 50-49 with a 3 but the Grizzlies took control with an 11-2 surge. Jordan Gregory started it with a three-point play and Eric Hutchinson scored the last six points.
