Just how tough has it been for the Spartans? Well, they began the season in Honolulu with a matchup against No. 10 Arizona, went to New York to play No. 2 Kentucky in the Champions Classic, went back home for a game and then headed to the Bahamas to face a tough St. John’s team and No. 20 Baylor thus far.

The Battle 4 Atlantis has not gone Michigan State’s way after the second game and it has a tough matchup yet again on Friday against Wichita State (5-1). The Shockers lead a very spread out scoring attack but they have lost plenty of talent over the past few years.

Izzo will hope to get his team back on track as they will then get four days off before traveling to Duke to face the No. 6 Blue Devils. The grueling stretch continues.
