Creighton jumped out to an early lead against in-state rival Nebraska on Wednesday night at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha.

Isaiah Zierden got the scoring started with 10 early points.

Inside six minutes to play in the first half, the Bluejays upped the lead to 32-18 when Khyri Thomas caught Maurice Watson Jr.'s half-court pass, finishing the alley-oop dunk.
