Marshall assistant, ex-Duke guard Chris Duhon suspended following DUI arrest

Chris Duhon, in his second season as an assistant coach at Marshall, was suspended by the program on Monday following a DUI arrest.

The Herald-Dispatch reported on Monday morning that the ex-Duke point guard was charged with aggravated DUI.

Duhon, 33, was booked at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville at 4:15 a.m. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

In April 2014, Duhon was the first assistant Marshall head coach Dan D'Antoni hired. Duhonspent nine seasons in the NBA (2004-13), playing for the Bulls, Knicks, Magic and Lakers. He won the 2001 national championship with Duke.

Marshall is currently 0-3 on the season.
