No. 5 Colorado 96, No. 12 Georgetown 73
Spread: Colorado (-5.5) covers by winning by more than 5.5 points (23).
Moneylines: Colorado (-275) wins; a $10 wager on Colorado would have won $3.64, plus your $10 back. Georgetown was a +205 underdog.
Total over/under: OVER 138 total points scored (169 combined points)

Jabari Walker and Colorado made quick work of Georgetown in their first-round matchup and started the day with an easy "Over."

Spread: UNC Greensboro (+10.5) covers by losing by fewer than 10.5 points (10).
Moneylines: Florida State (-700) wins; a $10 wager on Florida State would have won $1.43, plus your $10 back. UNC Greensboro was a +450 underdog.
Total over/under: UNDER 145 total points scored (118 combined points)

Florida State pulled away from UNC Greensboro in the final minutes to advance, but the Seminoles couldn't quite complete the cover.

Spread: Eastern Washington (+10.5) covers by losing by fewer than 10.5 points (9).
Moneylines: Kansas (-700) wins; a $10 wager on Kansas would have won $1.43, plus your $10 back. Eastern Washington was a +450 underdog.

Marcus Garrett and David McCormack helped carry Kansas into the second round and sent this game well over the total. Still, Eastern Washington managed to cover by keeping the margin under double digits.

Spread: LSU (-1.5) covers by winning by more than 1.5 points (15).
Moneylines: LSU (-125) wins; a $10 wager on LSU would have won $8, plus your $10 back. St. Bonaventure was a +100 underdog.

Spread: Texas Southern (+25.5) covers by losing by fewer than 25.5 points (16).
Moneylines: Off the board
Total over/under: OVER 142.5 total points scored (148 combined points)

Michigan was never in danger against a 16-seed in the opening round; the Wolverines were never particularly close to covering the massive 25.5-point spread, either.

Spread: UC Santa Barbara (+7) covers by losing by fewer than 7 points (1).

Total over/under: UNDER 138.5 total points scored (125 combined points)

A cover is likely no solace for UCSB, which was a last-second missed layup away from pulling off a straight-up upset.

Total over/under: PUSH on 140 total points scored (140 combined points)

In a fun series of events, the only game in the first round that was a "pick 'em" also became the first game to have the final score land exactly on the predicted total over/under.

No. 1 Gonzaga 98, No. 16 Norfolk State 55
Spread: Gonzaga (-33) covers by winning by more than 33 points (43).
