Creighton's P'Allen Stinnett kicked off team

New Creighton coach Greg McDermott has kicked guard P'Allen Stinnett (pea-allen) off the team.

Former coach Dana Altman suspended Stinnett indefinitely in late January for ``conduct not acceptable to the team.'' McDermott announced Stinnett's dismissal on Monday without comment.

Stinnett is from Las Vegas and would have been a senior next season. He led the Bluejays with 12.6 points a game as a freshman, and was second on the team in scoring with 12.5 points a game as a sophomore.

Last season, Stinnett averaged 9.2 points over 20 games.
