Butler's Tyler Lewis is questionable vs. St. John's

Butler point guard Tyler Lewis could make his return to the lineup on Saturday at St. John's, according to a report from David Woods of the Indianapolis Star.

Lewis has missed the past four games after suffering a concussion in practice two weeks ago.

The 6-foot-1 junior guard has started 16 of 18 games for the Bulldogs, averaging 7.0 points and 3.7 assists per game. His 3.94 assist-to-turnover ratio ranks in the top-10 nationally. Without him in the lineup, Roosevelt Jones has assumed the role as point forward, and graduate transfer Jordan Gathers has been inserted into the starting lineup.

After losing three of four, Butler got back on track with an 87-76 win over Georgetown on Tuesday night. The Bulldogs were in the top-10 five weeks ago. A loss to a St. John's team -- winless in the conference, but has given each team a fight -- would be a devastating blow to Butler's at-large resume.

St. John's hosts Butler on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. EST.
