Buffalo 78, Green Bay 64

Zach Filzen and Byron Mulkey scored 21 points each and Buffalo defeated Wisconsin-Green Bay 78-64 on Saturday.

The Bulls (6-3) shot 60 percent from the field (27 of 45), including 14 of 21 (66.7 percent) in the second half. Mulkey scored 16 of his points after halftime.

Buffalo led 32-25 at the break and the Phoenix (4-6) brought it to 34-32 with 18:22 to play.

Wisconsin-Green Bay then scored 14 straight to lead 48-32 on Filzen's 3-pointer with 14:50 left.

Javon McCrea added 13 points and 12 rebounds off the bench and Titus Robinson chipped in 10 points for the Bulls, who won their fourth straight at home.

The Phoenix shot just 29 percent in the first half (9 of 31) and finished at 35.9 percent (23 of 46).

Rahman Fletcher led Wisconsin-Green Bay with 15 points. Steve Baker added 12 points and Bryquis Perine and Daniel Turner had 10 each for the Phoenix.
