Basketball Hall of Fame 2016 live stream: How to watch ceremony online

Want to see Tom Izzo’s enshrinement into the Basketball Hall of Fame on Friday night? We’ve got you covered.

Looking for a way to view Friday night’s Basketball Hall of Fame 2016 enshrinement ceremony and festivities before and after? You’re in the right place. Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo has been named an inductee and it’s one of the highest honors for him since he’s been in East Lansing.

The veteran coach has won a national title and been to countless Final Fours, but making it into the Basketball Hall of Fame is the highest of achievements.

Joining Allen Iverson, Shaquille O’Neal, Yao Ming and Sheryl Swoopes, among a handful of others, Izzo looks to build on this recognition and add a couple more national titles to his resume before he retires. This honor, though, is very much deserved.

The other 2016 inductees include Zelmo Beaty, Darell Garretson, John McLendon, Cumberland Posey and Jerry Reinsdorf. He stands out as one of the top coaches in college basketball right now and some would argue the second-best in the country behind Duke’s Coach K.

Izzo will be presented by former Maryland head coach Gary Williams who he defeated in 2010’s NCAA Tournament thanks to a buzzer-beating 3-pointer by Korie Lucious to get to the Sweet 16. There is a ton of mutual respect there.
