Arizona-Washington game becomes dunk show
Arizona, ranked No. 23 in the country, swept the season series against Washington with 77-72 win on Saturday in arguably the most exciting game of the day.
The Wildcats and Huskies combined for 11 dunks on the afternoon, headlined by Marquese Chriss' putback slam in the second half.

The Washington freshman forward, who finished with 18 points in a losing effort, put the Huskies up 47-46 with that second-chance slam.
On the ensuing possession, Washington freshman Dejounte Murray came up with a steal before setting up Matisse Thybulle for a fastbreak alley-oop. Several minutes later, Malik Dime had a dunk of his own, capping a 13-2 Washington run.

Of course, all the highlights came as consolation prizes for the Huskies. It was a close game throughout, but Arizona guard Kadeem Allen made a two-possession game with a 3-pointer with just over a minute to play. Andrew Andrews would cut the lead to three, but Ryan Anderson closed out the game from the free throw line with nine seconds left.
Anderson finished with 22 points. Andrews paced Washington with 20.
