Harrison to fight on after defeat to Haye
British heavyweight Audley Harrison says he will continue fighting despite his embarrassing defeat to David Haye.
Harrison threw just one punch before his one-sided WBA heavyweight title fight against Haye was stopped midway through the third round in Manchester on Nov. 13.
The 2000 Olympic champion was ridiculed by the crowd and British media after the fight but said Wednesday he will ''carry on as a professional.''
The 39-year-old Harrison says ''after spending some time away reflecting on the fight and outcome, I have made the decision to continue my journey in boxing.''
The London-born fighter, whose professional record now stands at 27-5, says ''let the haters and negative comments continue - I don't really care.''
