Boxer Amir Khan says he'd be willing to fight Conor McGregor

The Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor megafight is never going to happen, but that doesn't mean we won't see the UFC featherweight champion face a boxer sometime in the future. Former world champion Amir Khan - who suffered a brutal knockout loss at the hands of Canelo Alvarez in May - said in an interview that he'd be willing to fully crossover to the world of MMA for a chance to face McGregor under MMA rules, and Khan believes it would only take him a year to learn the sport

Via Flocombat:

Khan has not yet lined up an opponent for his next fight after falling to Alvarez at a catchweight of 155 pounds, but it's expected that he'll go back down to welterweight where he's far more comfortable.

McGregor is set for a rematch with Nate Diaz at 170 pounds at UFC 202.
